By using Fieldwise ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Fieldwise provides AI-assisted front office software for home service businesses. We offer scheduling, dispatch, customer intake, invoicing, and automated follow-up tools. Features may change as we improve the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gofieldwise.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fieldwise only for lawful purposes and in ways consistent with your legitimate business operations. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass customers, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscription & Billing

Fieldwise is billed monthly at $200/month after a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Your Data

You own the customer and business data you enter into Fieldwise. We will not sell, license, or share your data with third parties outside of what's required to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Fieldwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific business requirement. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we're a small team and outages can happen.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fieldwise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
